In this study we hope to improve our understanding of the factors that influence food choices and preferences in a normal range of adults.
Participation: For this study we recruited healthy volunteers from the Cambridge BioResource. The study involved a single session lasting approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Participants completed computer based tasks and questionnaires.
Organisation: The research is being conducted by the Behaviour and Health Research Unit at the University of Cambridge. The Behaviour and Health Research Unit is funded by the Department of Health.
