Summary

The aim of the Cardiosome project is to identify the genes and mechanisms that contribute to the risk of heart attacks. The study involves donating one or several blood samples. The results from the volunteers in this study will be compared with those from patients with cardiovascular disease.

Participation: This study recruited 2618 participants from the Cambridge BioResource.
