Phenotype

A person′s phenotype is the observable physical characteristics that make up an individual. Phenotypes are influenced by our diet, lifestyle and experiences. For example we may inherit a tendency to be tall, however if we have a poor diet during childhood (phenotypic variation) that may inhibit our growth.
